Valet Autostrop Hand Made Replacement Strop

This is a series of brand new, hand-made replacement strops for the Valet Autostrop system.  They been made to fit the autostrop razors and are of a similar size to the originals, being just under 40mm wide by about 300mm long.

They have been made with natural vegetable-tanned kangaroo leather - a leather famed for its toughness and resilience even though it is thin - (the correct size to fit under the razors roller).  There is a metal snap-hook at the end, to which a ring or piece of string can be attached, or it can just simply hook over a convenient fixture.  The hook is secured by a stout piece of solid grass rod, hand-peened to mushroom the edges and then polished.  Three small rivets stoutly affix the strop to the brass bar.

I have sold a number of these little strops, and they perform even better than the original strop, or so delighted customers have told me!

Please note that the leather used is a natural product and as such it will be found to have small marks, lines and uneven patches of colour - none of these will affect its performance in any way!  Als, being a hand-made product no two strops are identical and each strop will have small signs that indicate its hand-crafted nature.
